Governing Access to and Use of the Application
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Trio Tangle: Triple Match. By installing, accessing, or continuing to use the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Trio Tangle: Triple Match is a mobile triple-match puzzle in which players clear tangled tile boards, complete levels, and may encounter optional promotions, advertisements, or reward features. Features, levels, and reward rules may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice.

Software, artwork, trademarks, tile sets, level designs, sound, and other materials in the Application belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial play under these Terms. No other rights are granted.
The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our reasonable control.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal data (including processing related to https://aqna.triotangle.com). By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, interfered with fair play, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trio Tangle: Triple Match, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact arthouseclemnt.deal@gmail.com to seek a good-faith resolution.
Non-waivable consumer rights under local law are not limited by these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the Application or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
